What to Bring
It’s going to be hot, hot, hot so pack light! Wear clothes that are suitable for Singapore’s tropical weather. Comfortable footwear that are good for walking are recommended too. Apply sunblock, especially if you’re arriving early, as umbrellas are not allowed to be used as sun protection. Do bring a foldable one if the weather forecast predicts rain though, as umbrellas can be used if it starts raining heavily. Alternatively, bring a rain poncho or purchase one together with ear plugs at the Survival Kit Booths.
You can also bring a clear bottle of water in, but it must be in a clear bottle and not be more than 600ml (20oz). There’ll be a wide variety of food and beverage (including vegetarian and halal options) sold in the Circuit Park if you need to fuel up, so bring cash or a credit card with you.
If necessary, you will be able to get medical attention from the First Aid Booths located throughout the Circuit Park. The most common first aid issues that are treated in the booths include blisters from walking in inappropriate footwear, mild dehydration and sunburn – all of which are easily preventable so please remember to take care of yourself!
Do note that while cameras and other photographic equipment for personal use are allowed, tripods and monopods are restricted on the bleachers or grandstands. You can also bring along an FM receiver to tune in to the track commentary within the Circuit Park.
The event is wheelchair accessible, but no wheelchairs are available for rent. Ticketholders using wheelchairs should access Zone 4, via Gate 5. Guide dogs are welcome with visually-impaired patrons, but the organisers request that they be informed early to be able to make arrangements for entry at the gates.

Track Invasion
If you want to pound the pavement and feel the track under your own two feet, be sure to stick around after the race on Sunday. That’s when the traditional track invasion takes place and patrons can experience the bright lights and drivers’ view of the track for themselves. Wait for the all clear from the event staff before getting onto the track! If you’re in Zones 1 and 2, you can cross the track to get to Zone 4 after the activities on all three days.
Entertainment Highlights
