Transit and Transfer
Check Flight Information
For those who have a boarding pass of your connecting flight, just check your flight number at the Flight Information Screen for the departure gate and time. Those who do not have the boarding pass of your connecting flight, just check-in at any Transfer Lounges.
Budget Airline’s Passengers
Transfer passengers are to clear the Arrival Immigration, collect their baggage and clear the customs and head to the connecting flight at the relevant Terminal.
Transferring between Terminals 1, 2 & 3
You can travel between the 3 terminals using the free Skytrain service if you are at the public area or transit mall. For those in the public area, you can travel between the 3 terminals using the shuttle bus service when the Skytrain has stopped its operation.
*Skytrain operates daily form 5am to 2.30am and its free of charge
Getting to the Budget Terminal
There is a free shuttle bus service at the Terminal 2 basement which goes to the Budget Terminal.
