Off-Airport Check-in Services
Avoid the queues at the airport and check in at the comfort of your own home, office, hotel or online. You only need to collect your boarding pass and check in your luggage at the check – in counter 1 hour before departure.

Check-In Early
During peak traveling periods or international flights, check in 3 hours prior your departure time.

Cabin Baggage
Economy Class passengers can only bring in one piece of hand baggage on board not exceeding 7kg in weight and the sum of dimensions which includes length, breadth and height not exceeding 115cm. Cabin baggage will be screened before boarding for items that are banned. If in doubt regarding the banned items, please check on-site information or contact the airline ground staff for assistance.

Excess Baggage
Most airlines allow up to a maximum of 20kg of baggage to be checked in. Excess baggage will be charged at an excess fee.

Clear Immigration
Make sure your passport and boarding pass are with you as you clear immigration into the transit mall.

Boarding Gate
Arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 mins before flight departure time.

If you are in doubt and require assistance, feel free to approach the customer service officers at the information counters.

Duty Free Shopping
Indulge in some retail therapy at the duty free shops located in the transit malls while waiting for the flight.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) Flights
SIA operates from Terminal 2 and 3. The departure terminal of the flight depends on the decision and region. The departure details are displayed on the flight information screens located throughout the airport.
