Get Online for Free with Wireless@SG

1. Turn on Wi-Fi connectivity on your smartphone, laptop or other device

2. Select the “Wireless@SG” network and you will be taken to the sign-in page

   

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and sign up for a new account 

4. If you did not buy a local SIM card, select the “Foreign Mobile Number” tab and fill in your details

5. You will receive a password via SMS, so ensure that international roaming is activated on your phone

6. Login with your details and you get free access to “Wireless@SG” for the next 24 hours

If your mobile device supports EAP-SIM and you bought a local SIM card, you can do a one-time configuration that connects automatically to the secure network. Depending on what operating system your device runs, there are different steps to follow:

 

Android 

  1. Under Wi-Fi in your settings menu, press and hold the “Wireless@SGx” SSID and select “Modify network config” or “Connect to network” if you are a first time user

  2. Select “SIM” from the drop down menu and click “Save”

 

 iOS 

  1. Under Wi-Fi in your settings menu, connect to the “Wireless@SG” SSID

  2. Launch the sign in page and select “iOS Configuration”

  3. Install the Wireless@SGx profile and your device will automatically connect after successful installation

 

Blackberry 

  1. Under Wi-Fi in your settings menu, press and hold the “Wireless@SGx” SSID and check “Advanced Options” (leave the username and password blank)

  2. Select “EAP-SIM” under “Security Sub Type” and connect

 

Windows Phone

  1. Under Wi-Fi in your settings menu, connect to the “Wireless@SG” SSID

  2. Select “SIM” from the “Connect using” dropdown menu. Make sure the EAP method is “SIM AKA” and click done
